About your inquiry
Updated September 18, 2026.
Mbeck Merchant Services DBA Motor City Merchant Services operates motorcitymerchantservices.com. This notice covers website inquiries and optional text updates. For questions about your information, contact jmuhlenbeck@motorcitymerchantservices.com or call (248) 963-1244.
What you send
The form asks for your name, business name, business type and email. Phone number and a processing statement are optional; include a mobile number if you choose text updates. We also record the text categories you select, the form page, the consent wording version and the submission date recorded by our dashboard. The on-page calculator runs in your browser; its inputs are not submitted with this form.
Why we use it
Motor City Merchant Services uses your inquiry to contact you about your payment setup, review the information you provide and prepare or discuss a quote. Submitting this form is a request for a response to your inquiry, not enrollment in an automated marketing campaign.
Who handles it
Netlify hosts this website. New form submissions are saved directly in our Motor City dashboard, hosted through OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare storage. The dashboard emails Joshua and Jason a notification through Google Gmail containing a dashboard link and submission time. Those alerts do not include your contact details, questions or statement files. Older Netlify form submissions remain in our historical records. Joshua and Jason can access the requests after signing in. Contact details and inquiry notes may be added to our HighLevel CRM after team review. Statement attachments stay in private dashboard storage and are not automatically copied to HighLevel, email notifications, Real Merchant Services or processing partners. We will arrange any further document sharing with you as needed for your requested quote.
Your text-message choices
Inquiry and appointment texts and promotional texts have separate optional choices. We use your selections to limit messages to the categories you requested. Asking for a quote alone does not authorize promotional texts. Reply STOP to withdraw SMS consent or HELP for assistance. See our SMS Terms & Conditions.
We do not disclose mobile information to outside companies or affiliates for their marketing or promotions. Contractors may process it solely to operate our messaging and customer support. Texting opt-in records and consent are excluded from other sharing, including quote referrals; they are not provided to third parties for their own use.
When we send texts through HighLevel, HighLevel and the telecommunications providers that deliver those messages process the necessary phone, message and consent information on our behalf. We retain consent and opt-out records to respect your choices and document permission.
Optional statement uploads
You can request a review without uploading a statement. If you attach one, confirm you are authorized to share it. Keep the processing fees and totals visible, but permanently remove bank/routing numbers and customer card information. Never upload passwords or payment-card security codes.
New attachments are stored privately and can be downloaded only by the signed-in Motor City team. No public file link is provided. Files are not automatically scanned for malware. We retain requests and attachments to handle your inquiry; contact us to request removal when they are no longer needed.
Files submitted through the older Netlify form before this update used direct provider links. This update does not migrate or change those older files. Contact us if you previously uploaded a file and need help removing it.
Access, correction and deletion
Email us to request access to, correction of or deletion of information you submitted. We will review your request and explain any applicable recordkeeping or technical limits. Do not include sensitive account information in that email. Deleting a dashboard record does not automatically delete copies already downloaded or shared separately. We will explain which records and files are included when handling your request.
Hosting and email providers may process technical information needed to operate their services. See Netlify's privacy policy and its form-submission documentation.
